COVID-19 Operational Changes
COVID 19 - has upended our normal way of doing business, our top priority continues to be the same as yours - ensuring the safety and health of our photographers, families, and communities in which we live and work.
To help fight the spread of COVID-19, we are making some changes to our operations.
Our photographers will be required to:
- Stay home if they are sick, regardless of illness
- No handshakes or physical contact with anyone
- Sanitize their hands before and after every shoot
- Wear disposable gloves, which are to be changed for every appointment.
Mandatory No One Present: Keep the home unoccupied during the appointment.
Reschedule your appointment if any occupants are sick or have been sick in the last 2 weeks.
Reschedule your appointment if any occupants have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has.
Disinfect common surfaces including:
Doorknobs & Light Switches
Tables & Countertops
Find approved disinfectants at cdc.gov
Photographers will not move any items in the property
Remove items you don’t want in the photographs (Trash Cans)
Turn on all the lights & open window shades fully before the appointment
We have relaxed our cancellation policy, we just ask that you inform us a minimum of two hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel we will hold the credit on your account.
