Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

At Nordy Photography, we understand that life is full of surprises, and plans can change in a flash!  While we're flexible and empathetic to the unexpected, our photographers also block off the necessary time to ensure your scheduled shoot is picture-perfect.

Here's how our policy works:

• 24+ Hours Notice: No worries! Cancel or reschedule without any fees, and get a full refund if you need one.

​

• Less than 24 Hours Notice (12-23 Hours): A 50% fee of the total cost will be charged for cancellations or reschedules.

​

• 12 Hours Notice or Less: There will be no refund for these last-minute changes, including same-day cancellations and reschedules. For same-day rescheduling, the full amount of the appointment must be paid again, in order to reschedule the appointment.

• Inaccessibility of Property: If we can't gain the correct access information within 15 minutes, our photographer will have to depart, and the full amount will be charged.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so these policies help us keep things running smoothly for all our clients.
